Essence of the role:The Partner Services Lead works to ensure that HammondCare delivers timely, compliant, quality contracted and outsourced goods and services to clients HammondCare At Home (HCAH) serve.
Key Focus Areas:- Provide servant leadership that fosters a culture of integrity, trust, and empowerment within the HCAH Partner Services Team.
- Ensure open, honest, respectful, and transparent communication is fostered across various internal and external stakeholders such as QSR, Legal, Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT Integrations Team, HCAH Ops teams and external 3rd party contractors.
- Nurture and grow existing HCAH goods and services offerings, while exploring innovative offerings that would potentially develop HCAH’s current offering.
- Explore, identify, and develop new and innovative partnership opportunities that would improve and develop HCAH’s service offerings in line with HammondCare’s strategic initiatives.
- Identify potential compliance risks within the existing 3rd party contractor space by preparing, maintain and/or developing compliance reports/Power BI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain contractor onboarding templates as a system administrator of Coupa.
- Maintain the awareness of HCAH’s 5-star Contractor rating for contractors and partnered services to ensure ongoing suitability and performance.
- Project Lead the preparation and implementation of a broad range of HCAH projects related to improving the compliance and/or governance of contractor services.
- Ability to lead and grow a high functioning Team by creating a culture of empowerment and trust.
- A relevant tertiary degree in Administration, Business, Law, Finance, Human Relations or trade certificate in Building and Constructions, Trade or Facilities Management/Maintenance
- Demonstrates strong initiative and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Project Management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex, competing demands and dynamic time pressures.
- Comprehensive administrative experience and strong computer skills (Excel and Word)
- Strong data analysis skills
- Evidence of high work, interpersonal and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with Management Systems – such as Riskman, Coupa and Power BI
- Understanding of Aged Care, in particular the Home Care environment
