Position
The role of Partner Success Manager has come available due to the growth and will play a key part in the onboarding of new customers to the XR platform as well as their continued success in growing and scaling their recruitment agency. This role will also be involved in organising training sessions, teaching recruiters how to benefit from their software and get the most out of partners with xrecruiter!
- Onboarding of partners, tools, systems etc.
- Attendance to all events by xrecruiter - Masterminds, Q&A, 90 day induction, launch parties
- Build personal relationships with partners, new and existing.
- Measure customer satisfaction via surveys at regular intervals.
- Assist in building a vibrant community
Candidate
Ideally to be a success in this role you will need to have come from a strong recruitment background and be passionate about the industry. Preferably knowledge of temp/contracting recruiting and working within a non-billing position where you've provided guidance, support and leadership to senior recruitment consultants.
- 5-10 years recruitment experience preferably within temp/contracting
