PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Partnership and Accounts Administration officer. 

This position is ideal for a person looking to make a difference.  Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.  The candidate must be able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision at times with a flexible attitude and the ability to prioritise workload.

THE DUTIES OF THE ROLE:

Partnership administration

  • Complete all administration tasks which include, but not limited to, booking meetings, producing Partnership proposals/agreements, and tracking potential partnership progress on Salesforce.
  • Organisation of partnership launch events and student engagement events (in partnership with the events person) throughout the year.
  • Mid- year and end of year reporting compilation.
  • Other office administration as assigned.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY, YOU WILL NEED TO MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate skills in Salesforce (preferred but not essential, will provide training).
  • Organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to obtain a satisfactory police clearance and hold a Working with Children Check card.
