The opportunity:
The Training, Compliance & Accreditation team at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD), is seeking an experienced Pathways and Partnerships Coordinator to join their team on an ongoing full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the coordination and development of projects in the areas of university and industry engagement with our schools and the enhancement of flexible learning pathways for students.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Enabling and facilitating coaches, teachers and career advisers in a network of schools to provide and mentor career opportunities for students and families
Working with the Vocational Education and Training team in Identifying and partnering with schools on initiatives that engage local industries
Maintaining and building relationships between the organisation and external stakeholders and supporting engagement with the educational community - universities, post-school learning opportunities and other tertiary institutions.
Ensuring university and industry engagements deliver high quality contemporary learning and teaching with school students
Providing leadership required to collaboratively design, develop, implement and evaluate university related learning programs for school and university staff and students
Skills & Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in relevant area of study
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
