About The Role

Due to growth within our Partnership space an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Partnerships Specialist has become available at our Bundaberg Head Office. This role is suited for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow suggest scripting when handling partners and their referred clients
  • Ensure follow up and outbound calls to customers are performed in a timely manner
  • Keep comprehensive records of all conversations and customer interactions
  • Remain compliant when opening personal and non-personal accounts (Company, Trust and Business Accounts)
  • Support the onboarding and management of our partnership relationships

About You

As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, communication and negotiation skills, you will also need to have:

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to demonstrate and promote the Bank’s values EMPOWER on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written supported by a growth mindset
  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily duties
  • Be an active participant in all Customer Experience activities
  • A desire to grow and develop within Auswide Bank
