Due to growth within our Partnership space an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Partnerships Specialist has become available at our Bundaberg Head Office. This role is suited for a highly motivated, adaptable individual who is able to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow suggest scripting when handling partners and their referred clients
- Ensure follow up and outbound calls to customers are performed in a timely manner
- Keep comprehensive records of all conversations and customer interactions
- Remain compliant when opening personal and non-personal accounts (Company, Trust and Business Accounts)
- Support the onboarding and management of our partnership relationships
About You
As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, communication and negotiation skills, you will also need to have:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to demonstrate and promote the Bank’s values EMPOWER on a daily basis
- Excellent communication skills including verbal and written supported by a growth mindset
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to daily duties
- Be an active participant in all Customer Experience activities
