Job description:
What you will do
Reporting to the Parts Manager you will provide customer parts sales support to both our internal and external customers via phone, email, and over the counter sales. You will possess strong customer service skills and have the ability to develop long term customer relationships by value-adding our product offerings.
- Drive parts sales growth through exceptional customer service.
- Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
- Willingness to learn and be part of a motivated spare parts team.
- Be part of the shift towards a sustainable transport future
Who you are
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
- Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
- A current driver's license and forklift ticket are desirable.
