Reporting directly to the Parts Manager, you will contribute to an efficient and profitable running of the Parts Department, through the purchase and re-sale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the dealership.
Duties will include:
- Interpreting automotive parts and accessories requirements via phone, email and face-to-face
- Carrying out stock control procedures
- Organising customer’s orders and purchasing necessary parts
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Administrative duties as required
- Assisting in general day-to-day operations

You will ideally possess:
- Previous work experience in dealership parts and/ or service department (desirable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of automotive parts (desirable but not essential)
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Australian working rights and driver’s licence
