Parts Interpreter – Multiple Locations (Perth, Sydney, Brisbane)

We’re actively seeking experienced Parts Interpreters to join our client across multiple locations in Australia. Our client is a progressive and leading equipment and machinery dealership with branches in Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane.
As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in operations, ensuring efficient and accurate parts identification and supply to meet the needs of valued customers and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and provide parts to customers, service technicians, and other stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service, both over the phone and at the parts counter.
• Manage stock and daily orders.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained and managed.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements and expedite it
• Provide timely responses to requests for quotations and processing sales orders

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using parts catalogs, electronic databases, and inventory management software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good administration skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
• Manual car license essential
• Forklift license is preferred but not essential.
• Can do attitude essential.
