ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is an integral part of the Sales team. This position will provide an opportunity for someone who is organised, accurate, and who enjoys being part of a high performing team. Your daily duties will include but not limited to:
- Spare Parts Interpretation and Processing Spare Parts orders
- Prepare and submit formal quotation for parts
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently, understand customer requirements and offer the suitable parts based on specifications, costs, and availability
- Assist with aspects of the warehouse when required
- Achieve Budget and daily Sales
- Build Customer Relationships and Networks
- Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures
