Parts Interpreter - Eagle Farm

MaxiPARTS  has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, passionate, customer focused Parts Interpreter who is seeking to progress their career with an Australian leading Trailer Parts Company. 

You will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, have attention to detail and be able to effectively communicate and be able to proactive in a fast paced changing work environment. 

You'll enjoy building relationships and working with people from a variety of levels of the Parts Industry, multi-task with the vision to think ahead and always have a customer first approach attitude.  

Key Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of a dedicated team who loves to achieve
• Identify vehicle makes, model and variations to determine the right parts through our computer database and catalogue system
• Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process
• Prepare invoices and other finance arrangements for the sale of stock
• Ability to participate in stock takes
• Maintain regular communications to the customer and internal departments on stock requirements
• Assist in the management of the return stock process in accordance with the company guidelines

About You

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Parts Interpreter role preferable
• Prior experience working with truck and trailer parts - highly regarded
• Confident computer and literacy skills
• A strong awareness and commitment to heath & safety
• Mechanically minded handy but not essential
• Contribute to a Safety First & Inclusive Culture
• Committed to ensuring a positive customer service experience, understanding our customer needs and building ongoing relationships
