The Opportunity
With strong growth in our parts division, our Muswellbrook branch is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the Internal Parts team. In this role, you'll enjoy working in a team environment to assist in generating parts and service sales streams with the intention of exceeding business goals and striving for growth. You will partner with valued customers within the region where you'll showcase your high capability and attention to detail to interpret their parts and service needs.
If you have a genuine desire to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, then this is the role for you! You will be well supported and working with our Parts team to ensure the successful delivery of promised deadlines and OEM product lines.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Safety Commitment - Proactive awareness and total assurance of Hitachi's number one priority - always exercising a high standard of precaution and duty of care to yourself and for others around you.
- Customer Focus - Connected and committed to understanding customer needs and striving to strengthen relationships;
- Parts Experience - demonstrated success in the mining, construction or earthmoving industry is ideal but not essential
- Warehouse Experience - proven exposure to receiving, packing and dispatching of goods and coordination of transport.
- High Risk Work Licence - Forklift ticket will be highly regarded
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Autonomous productivity - Initiative to plan work fronts efficiently and effectively to deliver quality outcomes
- Personable and Professional Communication Skills - above all else, your personality and charismatic character will be what sets you apart from the rest when dealing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer success stories
