WPC Group has an exciting and rare opportunity for a highly motivated, well presented, and passionate candidate who has the desire to become a highly skilled Parts Interpreter.
This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers. Having a passion for the automotive industry and vehicles while you work through a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreter).
About The Role:
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Identify parts and components of various vehicles
- Stock control and storage management processes
- Conducting transactions via phone, online and face to face
- Full time paid apprenticeship
- Ongoing support from a dedicated mentor
- Secure career in a dealership
- Gain a nationally recognised automotive qualification on completion
- Excellent working conditions with state-of-the-art facilities
- Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- A passion for automotive and the desire to become a highly skilled and professional Parts Interpreter
- Strong customer service skills
- Commitment to a three-year apprenticeship
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
