Due to continued growth they are looking for experienced Parts Interpreters to join their busy teams.

In this role you will:

• Interpret, quote and sell parts to customers with the aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain records of customer contact and keep customers updated on order status and delivery expectations.
• Attend to the counter, providing technicians with the parts they request
• Use best practice purchasing and selling processes to ensure maximum returns and profitability of the business.
• Inform service advisors daily with a back ordered parts list and any parts that have arrived early and are ready to be fitted. 

To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Appropriate trade qualifications
• Confident communication skills over the phone, in person and in writing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell and problem solve with both internal and external customers
• Strong IT skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Pentana DMS experience preferred
• A current Driver’s License
