Ultimate Off-Road Campers build our product with commitment to excellence so that our customers have an outstanding off-road experience. In this role you will be assisting the Purchasing & Logistics Supervisor in the pre build production parts supply and spare parts process, warehouse & inventory management, including assisting with order procurement, purchase order receiving, picking and packing orders, stock analysis & monitoring & product logistics.
We are based in Moruya on the beautiful NSW South Coast.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Reporting to the Production Manager, your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Order processing, including receiving, picking, packing & dispatch of parts.
- Assisting with management of stock levels, including analysis, forecasting and planning, to ensure stock holdings meet production demand.
- Assisting with prospecting, sourcing and purchasing products to reduce costs.
- Receipt (in software) for all incoming and outgoing orders, including the collection of orders from 3rd party suppliers.
- Assisting with inventory control & stocktakes.
Skills and experience
In order to be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience working with technical machinery/motor industry.
- Experience with picking and packing parts (warehousing).
- Advanced computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in using inventory/ ERP IT systems.
- Strong time-management and task prioritisation skills.
- High level of accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and critical thinking to minimise disruptions.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.

Hours will be Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.45pm and Friday 7am to 12pm
