The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Supervisor to join our busy Launceston branch. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position will see you lead a dedicated team in coordinating the supply of quality parts to our valued customer base whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure high level service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Work with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify efficiency and cost down opportunities within own area or across business.
Ensure the effective operation and compliance of the Parts Department with company policy, procedures and quality requirements.
Ensure HCA employees and contractors comply with all WHS responsibilities and that a safety first culture is a consistent behaviour within the department
