Sesame Lane are a family owned and operated group of Early Learning Services that have been proudly supporting the Moreton Bay Community for over 35 years. We are excited to announce some new opportunities within our services as our occupancy has grown and our dedicated and inspiring teams are ready to welcome you.
The Roles
We are looking for highly motivated and inspiring Lead Educator who is passionate about early education and share our vision for learning.
We have positions available for a passionate Lead Educator. We believe in finding the right person first and then we can discuss the best role for you.

Your skills and qualifications should include:
- A Growth Mindset,
- A love of learning,
- Ability in developing and maintaining positive relationships with children families and colleagues,
- Suitable qualifications for the role,
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards and the QKLG,
- Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A sense of fun and willingness to think outside the box.
- An ability to support online learning journey tools (eg StoryPark).
- Passion for implementing sustainable practices.
