Pastry Chef Certificate Iii

We are seeking a Pastry Chef with certificate III qualifications and at least 2 years work experience.

The position is for a pastry chef. With the following duties

• Calculate daily production dough quantities.
• Produce high quality dough's.
• Stock ordering and rotation.
• Dividing and producing croissants and Danish pastries to production requirements.
• Stock ordering and rotation.
• Baking of pastries to Barrett's standards.
• Training of apprentices in dough production.
• Following occupational and health regulations
• Maintaining equipment and premises in good working order.
• Following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to health regulations standards.
