We are seeking a Pastry Chef with certificate III qualifications and at least 2 years work experience.
The position is for a pastry chef. With the following duties
- Calculate daily production dough quantities.
- Produce high quality dough's.
- Stock ordering and rotation.
- Dividing and producing croissants and Danish pastries to production requirements.
- Stock ordering and rotation.
- Baking of pastries to Barrett's standards.
- Training of apprentices in dough production.
- Following occupational and health regulations
- Maintaining equipment and premises in good working order.
- Following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to health regulations standards.
