AddressClinipath Pathology is part of the Sonic Healthcare organisation which has a reputation as a quality pathology service provider, focusing on professional excellence, reliability and excellent customer service.
We currently have a Part Time role available in Albany and are seeking applications from local experienced Pathology Collectors to cover rooms in and around Albany, including Denmark & Mt Barker, and to cover domiciliary as needed.
The primary focus of this role is on the collection of blood and other samples from patients in accordance with our procedures while providing the patient with exceptional, professional customer service.
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of a Certificate III in Pathology Collection or have significant phlebotomy experience;
- Demonstrated effective communication skills with both patients and colleagues;
- A strong focus on customer service;
- The right to work in Australia;
- A current West Australian Driver’s Licence;
- National Police Certificate conducted by The West Australian Police;
- Hep B, MMR, DTP, Varicella and COVID-19 Immunisation records, and
- Minimum basic computer skills.
Experience in private pathology and a current first aid certificate will be well regarded.
Training in Perth or Bunbury may be required depending on experience.
