ABOUT ROLE SUMMARY
As a member of the front-facing customer support and administration team, this role represents our company for many of our customers and therefore performs the vital function of maintaining our brand’s high level of service, quality, and professionalism. An understanding of our products and services as well as general industry compliance knowledge is necessary. Also essential are high-level communication skills to manage customer expectations, handle complaints and returns with ease, and ensure our customers regard our company as highly as we do.
DIVISION / DEPARTMENT
The Patient Care Team (PCT) is responsible for all patient and lead enquiries. This includes assisting new enquirers with their eligibility requirements to become patients and booking appointments and follow-ups. The department is run by the PCT Administration Manager with support from Team Leaders.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
- Tech savvy with advanced computer processing skills including Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to prioritise and work at pace, rolling your sleeves and contributing to the business to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
- You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes where required, including experience writing protocols and policies.
- Exceptional ability to develop and form genuine relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Kind and compassionate with a firm but fair approach.
- A good sense of humour and can bring an element of fun to the role.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- You will lead by example.
Highly regarded:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- An understanding of medical terminology.
- Proven experience with supervising a team within a health setting.
- Proven experience with overseeing Patient Care in a practice administrative setting.
- Previous database experience and experience using Zoho and RingCentral.
Other items required:
- Australian working rights for at least 3 years.
- Clean criminal record – National Police Check requirement.
