As a Patient Concierge you will deliver exceptional 5 star service to our patients after their appointments. You are somebody that is bubbly, energetic and well presented. You love talking to people and enjoy their stories.
The Ideal Applicant

You will be responsible for the day-to-day patient experience and appointment scheduling. You will add value to the practice with your energy, calm demeanour with nervous patients and act as a concierge between the clinicians and patients so that we can offer them world class dentistry within a spa like environment.

Role Responsibilities & KPIs
- Undertaking some reception duties to support the day to day requirements including answering phones and basic data entry
- Provide a High Level of customer service to our patients
- Providing positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers / colleagues / stakeholders (both internal & external) always.
- As a member of a team, it is important to communicate and coordinate with colleagues effectively and efficiently remembering our values.
- Demonstrate drive and initiative to achieve high performance and meet set targets / deadlines
- Maintaining company values and ensuring these are the forefront of all actions within the role.
- Other administrative tasks as directed by Management team
