About the role
Baxter 7 is a 32 bed medical ward and has multiple roles for qualified Patient Service Assistants to join the team. As the Patient Service Assistant, you will be required to undertake a list of tasks including the daily cleaning of the ward and patient's rooms, food delivery, assist with the transport of patients and also assisting the nursing staff with patient's hygiene. You will have direct contact with patients in the ward and will be required to communicate effectively with patients/families and other staff members.
