Address Act as the first point of contact and greeting patients on arrival
Make and manage patient appointments for numerous Specialists
Collect patient information, maintaining patient privacy and accurate data entry
Complete administration including document scanning
Manage a large volume of patient telephone enquiries
Billing and receipting of accounts to patients, Medicare and DVA
Liaise with Doctors, Radiation Therapists, Specialists, Nurses and peers
Complete tasks as allocated by the Centre Leader
