NIGHT DUTY (4 shifts per fortnight) opportunity to join the team at Pindara Private Hospital on a permanent part-time basis. Grow your skills in an acute setting!
The Opportunity
Joining our team, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the After Hours Hospital Coordinator and Registered Nurses to ensure a high level of quality care is delivered to patients overnight.
Your duties will include patient transport and direct physical support to patients to assist Nurses and Medical professionals in their delivery of care. This will encompass all clinical areas including our Emergency Department and Intensive Care Patients after hours.
This is a rewarding permanent night duty role with shifts up to 9.5 hours in length, 4 nights a fortnight. Availability to work these shifts is essential to be considered.

About You
You will be an experienced, self-motivated individual with a focus on customer service, who displays strong communication and interpersonal skills and meets the following criteria:
- Holds a Certificate III in Health Services or Aged Care or current enrolment in a Diploma / Bachelor in Nursing
- Recent acute hospital experience in a similar position is desirable
- Moderate understanding of medical terminology
- Sound computer skills
- Excellent Time management
- Can work independently
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $28.00 - $30.15 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications (Support Services AWU Level 2).

The Hospital

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
