About the role
As a Patient Services Manager your role will be focused on:
- Encourage, lead and oversee the Patient Services team to ensure daily operations are successful.
- Ensure that practice policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to correctly.
- Manage rosters and timesheet approval.
- Assist in creating training manuals, protocols and streamlining work processes.
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff for performance improvement.
- Timely and effectively manage hiring and training of staff.
- Contribute to reporting on the performance of team members and the clinic.
- Collaborate with staff and Providers to ensure a consistently high level of patient service.
- Monitor Providers books to ensure proper allocation, management and confirmation of appointments.
- Communicate with Providers and relevant staff members about daily patient cases, changes, updates and delays.
- Assist with general onsite office maintenance, including ordering, cleaning and security.
This role will require travel between our North Perth, Maddington and Perth CBD clinic on a weekly basis.

The person

You are a highly motivated individual who enjoys developing a team and practice. Your time management skills are extraordinary, and you have an exceptional eye for detail.

Experience Required:
- Diploma in Medical Administration/Practice Management or Dental Assisting Cert III course completion
- Minimum 3 years dental administration experience or similar
- Experience in building up a practice and expanding the patient base
- Sales experience desirable
- Proficient in D4W and Microsoft Office suite
