Access Group Australia have the nation's largest privately-owned fleet of access equipment. Our core business facilitates the hiring, selling, servicing and transporting of elevated work platforms including scissors, boom lifts, telehandlers and forklifts to the construction, material handling and mining sectors. Access Group Australia is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join the payroll team at our Canning Vale head office. Reporting to the Payroll Manager this role be responsible for all system related maintenance, compliance, and updates for our Definitiv payroll system.
Other duties will include
- Editing and building award rules in Definitiv.
- Assist in the processing of end-to-end payroll for fortnightly pay runs.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Process new starters, terminations and transfers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll system issues promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
- Generate reports for senior management.
- Ad hoc duties as required.
The successful candidates will be individuals who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have:
- Minimum of 5 years in System Administration role or similar.
- Experience in Definitiv payroll system is essential.
- Payroll SME with solid understanding of Payroll processes and system configurations.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of building awards in Definitiv.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional analytical and technical capabilities.
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills.
