For over 50 years, we have been at the forefront of providing individualised care and support services to those living with neurological conditions (including MS, Motor Neurone, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injury and Stroke).

Behind those services are our fantastic team of employees, and we need someone like you to help grow and shape MSWA. Our staff are such vital part of MSWA, providing much needed care & support to Western Australian’s living with neurological conditions.

Based in our Belmont/Rivervale Offices, you’ll be joining us as a People & Culture Officer – Payroll, Compliance & Systems, providing comprehensive payroll services and support to the organisation. Including the assistance and support to employees regarding all payroll information and facilitation of fortnightly employee payments.

The role is a Permanent Part-time opportunity/5 days per fortnight. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Our ‘must haves’

  • Previous end to end payroll experience (Minimum 2yrs)
  • A high level of attention to detail, strong organisation & time management skills
  • Ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with skills in MS Excel including pivot tables and V lookups
  • Strong knowledge of Awards and award interpretation
  • Tech savvy with a natural curiosity for process improvements & learning new systems in a timely manner
  • You’re a people person and can build relationships both within the organisation and externally.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willing to obtain (we can assist!)
  • Current Australian “C” Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions
