We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Audit Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Payroll Audits and instruct team on audit processes
- Review team member's work for accuracy and ensure figures are correct
- Meet deadlines for clients
- Research industry awards and present assumptions to clients for confirmation
- Review and approve audits
- Produce audit reports with findings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for software development
- Support the streamlining, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all systems and processes across all states and locations of work including but not limited to Audit My Payroll’s System
- Keep management informed by preparing, reviewing and analysing special reports; summarising information; identifying trends and providing advice where appropriate
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification: Accountant/Finance degree or similar
- Leadership and team management (in person or online)
- Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Deadline management
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll standards and new legislation
- Document review skills (contracts, payslips, timesheets) to identify errors
- Minimum 5 Years Payroll experience in high volume role (50-100 employees or more)
