Payroll Business Analyst

The Payroll Business Analyst will also be required to develop, maintain, modify and distribute load files, reports, processes and tools to improve the reliability, timeliness and accuracy of data used in critical decision making by a range of stakeholders including all areas of Corporate Enterprise Solutions, other Department of Health business areas and Hospital and Health Services.
What we are looking for:
* Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and experience identifying and developing innovative solutions.
* Demonstrated experience in undertaking data analysis and ability to develop and represent analysed data in a relevant and interesting manner to meet stakeholder needs.
* Demonstrated high-level utilisation of MS-Office products (especially MS-Excel) and knowledge of or ability to acquire knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
* High level of written and interpersonal skills to assist with assessment of business change and stakeholder management.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team environment to ensure timely and efficient services are provided.
* Knowledge of or the ability to acquire knowledge of project management fundamentals.
