The Position
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this standalone position will see you completing a variety of payroll tasks to include;
- End to end fortnightly payroll for 300 employees
- Payroll tax and superannuation payment
- Setting up new starters on the payroll and time and attendance systems
- Processing payroll adjustments and terminations
- Managing workers comp and parental leave payments
- Employee payroll queries
- Assisting with payroll reporting and analysis tasks
- Highly experienced in payroll using Sage Micropay
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work autonomously in a standalone payroll capacity
