As a Payroll Operations Analyst you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and collaborative team responsible across the payroll, data and information and HR reporting and analytics in support of the Reserve Bank of Australia and all its employees.
You will play a crucial role within our friendly, proactive, and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and dissecting payroll data, addressing stakeholder inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of fortnightly payroll payments. Your expertise in end-to-end payroll processes, familiarity with enterprise HR systems, (such as Peoplesoft and Workday), and knowledge of PAYG, superannuation, terminations, payroll tax, and reporting into ABS surveys will be instrumental in your success.
This is a fixed term position for 18 months to support the Payroll Operations to enable payroll remediation activities.
Your background
Support all aspects of the RBA payroll and HR data input operations.
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing and delivery of fortnightly payroll.
Maintain relevant HR and payroll related data.
Compile data and information on a range of workforce data requests.
Process and deliver the operational business, statutory reporting and financial year-end processing and compliance.
Provide HR and the Bank with timely, high-quality data and information that can be used to support business decision making.
Experience as a payroll analyst with a strong attention to detail.
Reviewing payroll data to identify irregularities and resolve.
Your team
Reporting to the Manager Payroll and Data Information you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of 12. You will have work flexibility working of 2-3 days per week in a new office environment in the centre Sydney CBD that has its own café for all employees.
