A well-known and respected financial services organisation is seeking a Payroll Operations Manager to join their team in a 12-month temporary role (long term options available).
The role requires previous end-to-end payroll processing including an understanding of salary packaging, HR operations and month-end duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the monthly Payroll input process with a focus on accuracy.
- Operate in a ‘Deadline driven’ environment to ensure BAU responsibilities are met.
- Work within agreed service levels and ensure our outsourced partners operate to the same level
- Manage employee queries so understanding around regulations or statutory leave etc.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally from a large Organisation, with the ability to navigate complex procedures.
- You must also have SAP / ADP experience.
- Understanding of the Banking and Finance award desirable.
- Understanding of Salary packaging model.
- Understanding of overtime tracking and payment obligations desirable.
- Understanding of statutory leave obligations.
- Some understanding of change management and process improvement opportunities desirable
You will have a real passion for payroll and the desire to work hard and further develop your payroll knowledge.
