We are recruiting number of Payroll Opportunities across transport and heavy industry sectors with blue collar workforces between 200 and 1000.About the Opportunities
Processing a weekly payroll, you will be responsible for processing a single payroll nationally, addressing discrepancies, and continuously improving payroll processes.Key Responsibilities include:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Respond to employee and supervisor queries in a timely manner
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- EBA interpretation
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams as needed
About You:As the Payroll Officer or Specialist, with at least 3 years in a full-function payroll position, you are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and have high attention to detail. You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to deliver effective solutions.Experience within a blue collar environment with a national employee base is preferred and knowledge of EBAs, awards and Australian employment legislation is a must.
