About the Opportunities
Processing a weekly payroll, you will be responsible for processing a single payroll nationally, addressing discrepancies, and continuously improving payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Respond to employee and supervisor queries in a timely manner
- Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- EBA interpretation
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams as needed
You are highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and have high attention to detail. You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to deliver effective solutions.
Experience within a blue collar environment with a national employee base is preferred and knowledge of EBAs, awards and Australian employment legislation is a must. SAP experience preferred.
