Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full function of Payroll including onboarding, termination, leave entitlements, calculations, reconciliations, back pay and the fortnightly payroll processing. You will support the HR department with producing monthly, fortnightly and end of year reports; and the maintenance of the HRIS system, ensuring compliance is met through all processes.This position sits with an independent government authority who offers flexible work arrangements (three days working from home), in a professional and supportive environment. Located just outside of the Sydney CBD, you will be working in contemporary office spaces, close to public transport. Your input and process improvements will be recognised.To be considered, you have previously managed HRIS software and are across current payroll legislation and compliance.
