Your New Company
You will be working for a well established and large not for profit organisation who's head office is based in Melbourne CBD inner suburbs. They are looking for someone to come in on a permanent basis and develop current Payroll Systems processes in the Payroll department and work collaboratively across the organisation so enhance system processes.
Your new Role
You will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and Payroll and will be completing the below duties:
- Embed and develop correct payroll processes
- ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
- Systems Administration and management
- Work and enhance system processes and develop streamlined options
- Employee and Management optimisation processes
- Support the People Systems Manager to implement people system projects that support the strategy
- In consultation with the People Systems Manager participate in improvement projects from conception to completion
- Support and lead the introduction of new technologies and system upgrades as required
- Support continuous process review and improvement initiatives
- Implement change management initiatives to maximise employee experience and drive system learning and
- SAP - Payroll System
- Successfactors
- Kronos
- Generate a procedure for staff to follow
- Work with third parties as a point of contact
- Assist and develop the BAU Payroll system
- Advance and develop the SAP system and Successfactors System
- Work with the wider payroll group to understand current processes
- Provide any training and development for the current payroll function
- Advise senior leadership team on changes that need to be made
