About This Opportunity
Earlier this year we implemented a new interoperable and scalable human resource information and payroll platform powered by SAP's SuccessFactors product. Our new technology platform includes Employee Central Payroll (ECP). With the product now live, People & Culture would like to enhance its capability in SAP's payroll product and Employee Central Time Off (ECTO) and deliver continuous improvement across payroll operations.
As a result of this we are now looking for a Payroll Systems Analyst who will be instrumental in optimising payroll processes by leveraging the capabilities of SuccessFactors ECP and ECTO.
About the role
- Oversee the configuration, testing and deployment of continuous improvements into the ECP SuccessFactors module.
- Support SuccessFactors half yearly upgrades and ongoing maintenance activities as a system matter expert.
- Provide system advice and technical solutions for the management of time off.
- Provide accurate and appropriate advice regarding the interpretation of key legislative obligations, modern awards, Australian Unity enterprise agreements, employment contracts and policies. This includes the implementation of new enterprise agreements into SuccessFactors.
- Review, analyse and develop improved processes or controls for manual payroll processes, in consultation with the Payroll team.
About you
- Extensive SuccessFactors ECP working knowledge is a mandatory requirement for this role
- Strong background in payroll software implementations with SAP EC Payroll and EC Time Off experience essential.
- Previous experience in payroll operations, as well as experience across payroll governance and compliance
- Experience and knowledge regarding implementation of Enterprise Agreements and awards
- Demonstratable knowledge of Payroll system integrations - specifically with time and attendance systems such as UKG and financial business systems.
- Demonstratable knowledge of Long Service Leave complexities and legislation
- Experienced in the development of process and procedural documentation for operations teams.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in validation of business system upgrades and new production solutions.
