About Our Client
PFD Food Services are the largest family owned food services company in Australia. Job Description
Reporting into the National Payroll Manager, your role will include:

• Analysing and evaluation of the current business environment to assist in creating, providing input, and assist in developing the Workforce Planning Strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives (including systems implementations)
• Adopt a Digital first & technological focus to building the workforce planning craft & capability strategy.
• Analyse trends and data to deliver business solutions for managing the payroll expenditure.
• Assist in driving operational excellence, by influencing at all levels a mindset that embraces productivity principles and tools to create sustainable improvements within our business.
• Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders.
• Triage and attend to daily requisitions on aspects of system pay interpretations and functionality.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of parallel testing in accordance with complex EBA and Award Interpretations.
• Other ad hoc tasks

The Successful Applicant
We are seeking strong payroll candidates with a passion for systems and process improvement. Key capabilities are listed below:

• A digitally focused mindset with a desire to optimize automation.
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exposure to Kronos or UKG dimensions will be beneficial but is not a prerequisite
