This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and undertake the analysis of business process, development of communications and training and documentation to ensure processes and procedures are met as a result of system implementations.
- Manage team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure optimal outcomes and professional growth. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to support successful outcomes by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations as well as negotiating and influencing outcomes.
- Engaging and collaborating with a geographically dispersed stakeholder group to identify and report on risks and issues relating to proposed system and business process changes that impact Payroll Transactional Services.
