People and Culture Analyst
Your new role
Working closely with the Head of People & Culture – Operations the P&C Analyst will:
Effectively use HR workforce data to create, implement and continuously improve, standardised and ad hoc reports / dashboards;
Support the Bank to optimise its human resources by understanding and leveraging the analysis of people related data , to enable the business to achieve its strategy and objectives;
Provide advice and support to the P&C Division on human resource information system (HRIS) related issues; and
Participate in a variety of P&C projects as directed by P&C leaders.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated accuracy of work and exceptional attention to detail at all times;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience in analysing data, preparing reports with recommendations and insight;
Able to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines across a diverse workload of changing deliverables;
