Global Mobility processes, act as the primary point of contact for the business, while collaborating with specialist support teams. Your responsibilities will include:Applying knowledge of tax and immigration regulations to support the business.Provide general Mobility support as the SME to the Executive teams, Heads of P&C on Immigration, Relocation, Policy advice or Taxation impacts.Implement Origin's
Global Mobility policy framework and manage
Global Mobility policies.Manager vendor relationships with key vendors and ensure service levels are at the highest of standard.
What will you bring?You will have exceptional
Global Mobility experience, with a legal understanding of tax and immigration policies in different jurisdictions, policy interpretation, legislation, and government requirements. You will also have formal Business, HR, Accounting, Payroll, or related qualifications, the ability to work with ambiguity, excellent interpersonal skills, ease of communication, and a passion for people and problem-solving.
