About the role
This role will assist in administrative delivery to enable the smooth operation of the People and Culture Business Unit including end to end training management, data entry into HR Systems, and reporting to ensure achievement of department objectives.
This role will also have the opportunity to cross-skill and partner with other People & Culture Officers and Advisors to provide seamless administrative support to the unit.
You will have experience working in a Human Resources team in a similar role with an understanding of HR best practice and enjoy performing administrative and data entry tasks with attention to detail.
You will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills and will use these to provide timely support to employee questions and queries.
This role will be located at both our Rydalmere and Parramatta offices, and the successful candidate will need to be flexible in working from either office depending on the organisational need.
On a daily basis you will:
Coordinate the registration and delivery of training programs including liaising with training providers, team members, supervisors and managers.
Maintain accurate training records and generate compliance reporting.
Provide general assistance and respond to employee questions and queries.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation in practices, optimisation of technology, procedures and recommendations with the aim of providing better service to the client base in line with the organisation’s values.
About You The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within Human Resources.
You will also bring:
Certificate IV in HR, Business, or an Administration discipline and/or experience in a comparable role
Experience using HR Systems
High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
What’s on offerWe are offering an attractive remuneration from $77,569.26 to $85,424.97 plus 11% superannuation.
