Central Highlands Rural Health is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our CHRH@Home team to provide care to our Home Care Package and Transition Care clients. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality and friendly service, by assisting clients with activities of daily living, personal care, social and therapeutic outings, and in home respite.
Our client demographic includes Creswick, Clunes, Daylesford, Trentham and Kyneton and surrounding suburbs in the Hepburn Shire and Macedon Ranges areas. Ability to travel to all areas is required.
Confidence in rural driving is an advantage as the role includes driving clients to appointments across our region. Carers with Certificate iii in Aged and Community Care and also student nurses are encouraged to apply.
Days and hours of work are flexible.

We have a permanent part time position 4 day/week position (0.8EFT)
Salary: IN38 (Grade 2 Health Care Worker) @ $30.26 Per hour + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging

It was formed through the voluntary amalgamation of Hepburn Health Service and Kyneton District Health on the 30th November 2019.
