Pentaho Developer to join this growing team in order to provide increased visibility to the firm through insightful analytics based activity.
The Role:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs and design scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) to extract, transform and load data from disparate sources into target data warehouses or data lakes.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, reliability, scalability, ensuring efficient data processing and minimal downtime.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams, to support ongoing development and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
The Successful candidate:
- Experience in Pentaho development is essential
- Experience working with Microsoft SSIS ETL tools is mandatory.
- Domain experience in the financial services industry will be advantageous
