About The Role

We are seeking a People Analyst to join the team in Perth. Reporting to the Principal Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for collating, analysing and modelling data to help drive key People initiatives.

Key elements of the role include:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the people workforce data to drive insights that support all people initiatives and workforce planning

  • Monitoring key changes in the industry and internally, providing reporting analytics, insights into industry trends and strategies to mitigate potential risk areas

  • Provide analytical capability to support planning and resourcing projects, including short-term data analysis and modelling support for operational readiness

  • Partnering with the People team and key stakeholders to deliver the strategic workforce plan and support modelling and workforce analytics

  • Deliver forecasting plans to meet short- and long-term organisational needs, and create clear communications for stakeholders

  • Collaborate with the People team to optimise data collection, reporting and analysis

To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders

  • Deep analytical and reporting capability. Preferably with Power BI, Excel and Workday

  • Demonstrated relevant workforce planning experience

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Solid understanding of workforce management systems, methodologies and principles

  • Proficiency to build and maintain forecasting models
