About The Role
We are seeking a People Analyst to join the team in Perth. Reporting to the Principal Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for collating, analysing and modelling data to help drive key People initiatives.
Key elements of the role include:
Maintaining and enhancing the people workforce data to drive insights that support all people initiatives and workforce planning
Monitoring key changes in the industry and internally, providing reporting analytics, insights into industry trends and strategies to mitigate potential risk areas
Provide analytical capability to support planning and resourcing projects, including short-term data analysis and modelling support for operational readiness
Partnering with the People team and key stakeholders to deliver the strategic workforce plan and support modelling and workforce analytics
Deliver forecasting plans to meet short- and long-term organisational needs, and create clear communications for stakeholders
Collaborate with the People team to optimise data collection, reporting and analysis
To be successful for this role, you will have:
Experience of analysing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations to the stakeholders
Deep analytical and reporting capability. Preferably with Power BI, Excel and Workday
Demonstrated relevant workforce planning experience
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships
Solid understanding of workforce management systems, methodologies and principles
Proficiency to build and maintain forecasting models
