Your new company
A financial services company with offices based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People and Culture Analyst to join on an initial 3-month temporary assignment. You will join a strong HR team in a supportive environment.
Your new role
Be the main person responsible for preparing HR reports and be comfortable providing insights and recommendations from collating and analysing the data. There is also a need to be able to draw data from multiple sources and use it to build a business case/tell a story.
What you'll need to succeed
Have advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, along with
Demonstrated experience of performing in an HR Analyst role
Be in a position to commence from the last week of January 2024
Strong knowledge of HR reports, how to collate and analyse data and be able to interpret and discuss findings
Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
What you'll get in return
