People And Culture Generalist

The State Buildings is home to luxury hotel COMO The Treasury and several leading restaurants including Wildflower, Post, Petition and Long Chim.

The People and Culture Team is a small and dynamic team who are responsible for providing the best service we can to our team of approximately 400 employees. We are currently looking for a Generalist to join our team. We appreciate the term generalist may sound vague, but we feel it covers the role really well and leaves some flexibility for the level of position we appoint based on skills and experience. This role is first point of contact for employee related enquires ranging from reporting and administration, training and development, performance management and award interpretation. This role will also be responsible for delivering small group training so will need to have confidence in this area. We are seeking expressions of interest from People and Culture Coordinators, Advisors or Assistant Managers who would like to experience the thrill of working in an exciting hospitality environment, with strong ongoing training, development and mentoring. The role will be fulltime and based on the beautiful State Buildings in the heart of the CBD, close to public transport. Depending on skills and experience, the salary for this role is in the range of $70k - $90k PA.
