Role Overview: As a People and Culture Generalist, you will be responsible for end-to-end HR life cycle activities. Working closely with leaders across the firm, you'll play a key role in supporting our client facing HR professionals to deliver HR and employee wellbeing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of recruitment briefs
- Onboarding new employees and general HR administration
- Providing generalist HR support to client-facing HR professionals
- Assisting client-facing HR professionals with the management of employee relations issues
- Undertaking policy and procedure development, implementation, review, and improvements as required/directed.
Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of human resources experience
- The ability to build enduring relationships with our team members across the business and our clients
- Experience working in a professional services environment would be beneficial
- A strong attention to the finer detail is vital
