The RoleReporting to the Operations and Finance Director, you will be involved in all aspects of the human resources function, with responsibilities including:
  • Assistance and coaching for performance management processes
  • Provision of generalist HR support to the management team
  • Contribute to all aspects of job design, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Management and implementation of remuneration pay grades, salary surveys, and benchmarking
  • Advise on diversity and inclusion policies, including accessible documentation
Skills RequiredYou will have 5+ years of experience as a senior HR generalist ideally from a non-profit environment, and hold relevant tertiary qualifications alongside the below:
  • Expertise in providing strategically aligned HR solutions to a range of stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships
  • Sound working knowledge of Australian industrial relations systems including WHS regulations
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Demonstrated experience in workplace conflict resolution methods and application
