We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our busy People & Engagement team.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will be responsible for providing administration support in the full range of ‘employee life cycle’ activities to the team.
The position is fulltime ongoing commencing as soon as possible.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years administrator experience.
- Qualifications in human resource management are desirable or strong interest to build a career in HR.
- Creative and innovative ideas in areas of administration, wellbeing, and Engagement.
- Ability to build positive relationships across the College.
- Commitment to ongoing professional learning including remaining current with relevant legislative changes.
- A history of high integrity including sound judgement and ethical professional
- Excellent attention to detail.
